Wilmer Flores batting cleanup Thursday afternoon for Giants
San Francisco Giants shortstop Brandon Crawford is not in the starting lineup for Thursday afternoon's series finale against right-hander Zac Gallen and the Arizona Diamondbacks.
Flores was held out of Wednesday's lineup but he socked a two-run homer in the fifth while pinch-hitting for pitcher Anthony DeSclafani. The veteran infielder is slashing .236/.317/.365 with 4 homers, 19 RBI, 18 runs scored, and a steal across 167 plate appearances this season. He will return to third base in place of Jason Vosler on Thursday and hit cleanup.
numberFire’s models project Dubon for 7.3 FanDuel points and he has a $2,200 salary on Thursday. Per our MLB Heat Map, the Giants have an implied total of 4.0 runs. Gallen is registering a 27.8 strikeout percentage and 12.2 walk percentage this season.
