Adam Frazier absent from Pirates' lineup Tuesday
Pittsburgh Pirates second baseman Adam Frazier is not in the starting lineup for Tuesday's game against left-hander Patrick Corbin and the Washington Nationals.
Kevin Newman will take over for Frazier both on second base and in the leadoff spot. Erik Gonzalez will play shortstop with Phillip Evans on first base in place of Colin Moran (back). Gregory Polanco will return to right field and hit fifth.
Per numberFire's MLB Heat Map, Corbin is registering a 17.6 strikeout percentage and 9.6 walk percentage this season. Polanco has a $2,500 salary on Tuesday's slate and our models project him for 11.8 FanDuel points.
