Arizona Diamondbacks catcher Carson Kelly is not in the starting lineup for Tuesday's series opener against right-hander Chris Bassitt and the Oakland Athletics.
Stephen Vogt will catch Jon Duplantier and hit eighth. Kelly should be available off the bench.
