Miami Marlins infielder/outfielder Garrett Cooper is not in the lineup Saturday in the team's game against the PIttsburgh Pirates.
Cooper is being replaced at first base by Jesus Aguilar against Pirates starter Chase De Jong.
In 179 plate appearances this season, Cooper has a .255 batting average with a .733 OPS, 5 home runs, 17 runs and 22 RBI.
