Pittsburgh Pirates third baseman Erik Gonzalez is back in the starting lineup for Thursday afternoon's series finale against right-hander Kyle Hendricks and the Chicago Cubs.
Gonzalez will bat fifth and replace Wilmer Difo on third base after being held out of Wednesday's lineup. Gregory Polanco has been bumped up a spot to bat cleanup in Thursday's matinee.
