Jose Rojas joining Angels' bench Monday night
Los Angeles Angels infielder/outfielder Jose Rojas is not in the starting lineup for Monday night's series opener against left-hander Sam Hentges and the Cleveland Indians.
Taylor Ward has been moved up to the top of the order after Rojas was the leadoff man last game. Phil Gosselin is now responsible for second base and Juan Lagares is lined up in left and eighth in the order.
Per numberFire's MLB Heat Map, the Angels are the only club with an implied total above 5.0 runs on Monday out of the 18 teams playing. Hentges owns a 22.2 strikeout percentage and a 9.5 percent walk rate.
