Franchy Cordero sitting Sunday for Red Sox
The Boston Red Sox did not list Franchy Cordero as a starter for Sunday's game against the Los Angeles Angels.
What It Means:
Cordero will sit Sunday out while Jonathan Arauz enters the lineup at shortstop and bats ninth. Xander Bogaerts will switch to designated hitter, while J.D. Martinez will take over in left field.
