Gregory Polanco (protocols) back for Pirates' Wednesday matinee
Pittsburgh Pirates outfielder Gregory Polanco (COVID-19 protocols) is back in the lineup for Wednesday afternoon's series finale against right-hander Sonny Gray and the Cincinnati Reds.
Polanco is back in the lineup for the first time since being placed on the injured list last week for violating COVID-19 protocols. He will bat cleanup Wednesday afternoon and replace Troy Stokes in right field.
numberFire’s models project Polanco for 9.5 FanDuel points and he has a $2,500 salary on Wednesday. Per our MLB Heat Map, the Pirates have an implied total of 3.4 runs. Gray owns the third-highest strikeout rate (34.4 percent) among Wednesday's listed starters.
