San Diego Padres infielder Fernando Tatis Jr. (health protocols) has been ruled out of Tuesday's game against the Colorado Rockies.
What It Means:
Tatis has reportedly tested positive for COVID-19 and will not be available for Tuesday's game against the Rockies. Jurickson Profar and Jorge Mateo are in contact tracing and have also been ruled out. Ha-Seong Kim will start at shortstop on Tuesday and bat eighth versus right-hander Antonio Senzatela and the Rockies.
