New York Mets outfielder Kevin Pillar is not in the lineup Wednesday in the team's game against the Boston Red Sox.
Pillar is being replaced in center field by Brandon Nimmo against Red Sox starter Nick Pivetta.
In 27 plate appearances this season, Pillar has a .120 batting average with a .305 OPS and 3 runs.
