Cleveland Indians shortstop Andres Gimenez is not in the lineup for Wednesday afternoon's series finale against left-hander J.A. Happ and the Minnesota Twins.
The Indians appear to be giving Gimenez the afternoon off. Amed Rosario will make the start at shortstop and hit sixth.
