The New York Yankees did not include Mike Tauchman in their lineup for Monday's game against the Baltimore Ravens.
Tauchman will take a seat Monday after starting in left field yesterday against the Cleveland Indians. Clint Frazier will start in left field and bat ninith.
Tauchman has only made 16 plate appearances in 2021, but has managed to steal 2 bases already. He has a .214 batting average and a .552 OPS.
