The Milwaukee Brewers placed center fielder Lorenzo Cain on the 10-day injured list with a left quad strain.
Cain was removed from Tuesday night's game against the Chicago Cubs before the top of the third inning. It's unclear how long Cain will be out for and the Brewers recalled Tyrone Taylor from their alternate training site in a related roster move. Jackie Bradley will cover center field and the leadoff spot on Wednesday afternoon against the Cubs. Billy McKinney will enter the lineup in left field and bat seventh.
