Brett Phillips in center field Monday for Tampa Bay
Tampa Bay Rays outfielder Brett Phillips is in the starting lineup for Monday's series opener against right-hander Dane Dunning and the Texas Rangers.
Phillips will play center field and hit eighth. Manuel Margot will man left and hit fifth while Brandon Lowe moves to second base and bats cleanup. Michael Brosseau will be available off the Rays' bench in Monday's opener.
