J.D. Martinez (COVID-19 list) in Boston's Sunday lineup
Boston Red Sox outfielder J.D. Martinez is starting Sunday in the team's game against the Baltimore Orioles.
Martinez was placed on the COVID-19 injured list on Saturday, but he was on it for just one day. He's been activated and is now getting the nod at designated hitter, batting third in the lineup against Orioles starter Jorge Lopez.
In 32 plate appearances this season, Martinez has a .433 batting average with a 1.335 OPS, 2 home runs, 6 runs and 12 RBI.
