Milwaukee Brewers catcher Omar Narvaez is in the starting lineup for Thursday afternoon's series opener against right-hander Adam Wainwright and the St. Louis Cardinals.
Narvaez will replace Manny Pina behind the plate and bat seventh. He went 2-for-3 with a solo home run on Tuesday in his last start.
