Cleveland Indians infielder Andres Gimenez will start in Wednesday afternoon's series finale against right-hander Jakob Junis and the Kansas City Royals.

Gimenez will replace Amed Rosario at shortstop and hit ninth after being held out of the past two lineups against starting left-handers.
