Chad Pinder on Athletics' hot corner Tuesday for Game 2
Oakland Athletics infielder/outfielder Chad Pinder will start on Tuesday in Game 2 of the National League Division Series versus left-hander Framber Valdez and the Houston Astros.
Pinder will replace Jake Lamb on the hot corner and hit third after coming off the bench in Game 1. Stephen Piscotty will start in right and hit ninth while Mark Canha shifts to the other corner in place of Robbie Grossman. Sean Manaea will be on Oakland's mound.
