Gary Sanchez is not in the New York Yankees' lineup for Monday's game against the Tampa Bay Rays.
Sanchez will start from the bench Monday, while Kyle Higashioka gets the start at catcher and bats ninth.
Sanchez has hit a solid 10 home runs in 2020, but his .147 batting average over 178 plate appearances has left something to be desired.
