Stephen Piscotty sitting for Athletics in Game 1 on Tuesday
Oakland Athletics outfielder Stephen Piscotty will not start on Tuesday in Game 1 against right-hander Lucas Giolito and the Chicago White Sox.
Mark Canha will shift to right field in place of Piscotty and hit fifth while Robbie Grossman will make a start in left field as the No. 2 batter. Tommy La Stella will move up a spot to hit leadoff and Marcus Semien will drop a couple to bat third. The Athletics will hit Matt Olson in the cleanup spot with Jake Lamb and Ramon Laureano batting sixth and seventh, respectively.
