Jeff McNeil is not listed in the New York Mets' starting lineup for Sunday's game against the Washington Nationals.
McNeil will sit the season finale out while Ryan Cordell starts in right field and bats ninth.
McNeil was a bright spot for the Mets again this year, finishing the year with a .311 batting average and 4 home runs over 209 plate appearances.
