The Tampa Bay Rays did not list Kevin Kiermaier as a starter for Sunday's game against the Philadelphia Phillies.
Kiermaier will sit Sunday's game out while Hunter Renfroe plays right field and bats sixth.
Kiermaier had another solid year for the Rays, with 3 home runs, 8 stolen bases and a .217 batting average over 159 plate appearances.
