Chicago White Sox outfielder Eloy Jimenez is not in the lineup Friday in the team's game against the Chicago Cubs.
Jimenez is being replaced in left field by Adam Engel against Cubs starter Yu Darvish.
In 226 plate appearances this season, Jimenez has a .296 batting average and an .891 OPS.
