Anderson Tejeda (skin infection) scratched for Rangers, Sherten Apostel now on third Thursday
Texas Rangers infielder Anderson Tejeda has been scratched from Thursday's lineup against the Houston Astros due to a skin infection under his arm.
Isiah Kiner-Falefa will move to shortstop and Ronald Guzman (hamstring) will bat seventh. Sherten Apostel will make a start at third base and hit eighth.
