Delino DeShields starting for Indians on Thursday
Cleveland Indians outfielder Delino DeShields is in the starting lineup for Thursday's series opener against left-hander Dallas Keuchel and the Chicago White Sox.
DeShields will start in center field and hit ninth after being held out of Wednesday's lineup. Oscar Mercao will be in left and Jordan Luplow will be in right. Tyler Naquin will be available off the bench.
