Yasmani Grandal (hand) not in White Sox's lineup Tuesday

Chicago White Sox catcher Yasmani Grandal (hand) is not in the starting lineup on Tuesday against right-hander Cal Quantrill and the Cleveland Indians.

What It Means:

Grandal was lifted from Monday night's game against the Indians after taking a foul tip off his right hand in the bottom of the seventh inning. X-rays came back negative, so consider him day-to-day. James McCann will replace Grandal behind the plate. Jose Abreu will move up a spot and bat third, followed by Eloy Jimenez and Edwin Encarnacion.

numberFire's models expect McCann to score 12.5 FanDuel points on Tuesday. He's averaging 10.7 FanDuel points per game this season.
