Joe Panik on Blue Jays' bench Monday
Toronto Blue Jays infielder Joe Panik is not in the starting lineup for Monday's series opener against right-hander Michael King and the New York Yankees.
Panik drew a pair of walks and scored a run on Sunday in a series finale against the Philadelphia Phillies. He's batting below .250 for a second consecutive season. Jonathan Villar will replace Panik on second base Monday and hit seventh.
numberFire's models expect Villar to score 10.0 FanDuel points on Monday with a salary of $2,700. Per our MLB Heat Map, the Blue Jays currently have an implied total of 5.2 runs.
