Alex Dickerson (paternity) back in leadoff spot for Giants on Monday
San Francisco Giants outfielder Alex Dickerson (paternity leave) will start in Monday's series opener against right-hander German Marquez and the Colorado Rockies.
Dickerson will man left field and lead off the Giants' order after missing two games for the birth of his child. Darin Ruf will become the Giants' designated hitter while Austin Slater sits.
