Andres Gimenez out of Mets' lineup Monday
New York Mets infielder Andres Gimenez is not in the starting lineup for Monday's series opener against right-hander Pete Fairbanks and the Tampa Bay Rays.
Amed Rosario will replace Gimenez on shortstop and hit seventh. Jeff McNeil will move up from seventh and hit second.
