Austin Hays (rib) active, starting for Orioles against Atlanta
The Baltimore Orioles activated outfielder Austin Hays (non-displaced rib fracture) from the 10-day injured list.

Hays missed a month with a non-displaced rib fracture. He will man left field and bat eighth in Monday's series opener against right-hander Touki Toussaint and the Atlanta Braves. Ryan Mountcastle will handle designated hitter work as the Orioles' cleanup man. Jose Iglesias will replace Pat Valaika on shortstop. Rio Ruiz will bat fifth and D.J. Stewart will hit third. Baltimore placed infielder Chris Davis on the 10-day with left knee patellar tendinitis.
