Dee Stange-Gordon on Mariners' bench for front end of Monday doubleheader

Seattle Mariners infielder/outfielder Dee Strange-Gordon is not in the starting lineup for the first game of Monday's doubleheader against left-hander Jesus Luzardo and the Oakland Athletics.

What It Means:

Ty France will move to second base in place of Strange-Gordon while Tim Lopes will make the start as the Mariners' designated hitter and No. 9 batter. The Mariners recalled Lopes from their alternate training site to serve as the 29th man for Monday's doubleheader.

numberFire's models expect Lewis to score 4.2 FanDuel points in Game 1 on Monday. His salary is $2,200. Per our MLB Heat Map, the Mariners have an implied total of 2.70 runs in the Afternoon slate on Monday.
