Seattle Mariners catcher Luis Torrens is in the starting lineup for the first game of Monday's doubleheader against left-hander Jesus Luzardo and the Oakland Athletics.
Torrens will replace Joseph Odom at catcher and hit sixth. He's gone 6-for-25 (.240) in seven games for the Mariners since being acquired at the trade deadline.
