Los Angeles Dodgers infielder Matt Beaty is in the starting lineup for Sunday's game against the Colorado Rockies.
Beaty will fill the designated hitter role and bat eighth versus right-hander Ryan Castellani and the Rockies. Joc Pederson was excused from the team for a family-related issue and is not in the lineup.
