Josh Bell back for Pirates in Game 1 on Friday

Pittsburgh Pirates first baseman Josh Bell is back in the starting lineup on Friday against right-hander Luis Castillo and the Cincinnati Reds in the first game of a doubleheader.

What It Means:

Colin Moran will be the Pirates' designated hitter and cleanup man. Gregory Polanco will shift to right field and bat fifth. Cole Tucker will move to center, sending Anthony Alford to the bench, and hit eighth. Bell is 3-for-16 with 5 strikeouts against Castillo for his career.
