Jesse Winker (suspension) out for Reds on Tuesday
Cincinnati Reds designated hitter/outfielder Jesse Winker (suspension) is out on Tuesday against left-hander Kwang Hyun Kim and the St. Louis Cardinals.
Winker went 2-for-4 and scored a run on Monday while appealing his one-game suspension for his involvement in a benches-clearing incident on Saturday. He's slashing .327/.433/.683 with 10 homers, 6 doubles, 17 RBI, and 19 runs through 120 plate appearances this season. Matt Davidson will replace Winker at DH on Tuesday and bat third.
