David Peterson (shoulder) heading to Mets' mound for Game 2

New York Mets pitcher David Peterson (shoulder) will start Game 2 against the New York Yankees on Friday.

What It Means:

Peterson will need to be activated from the 10-day injured list to make that happen. He was placed there last Tuesday with some minor left shoulder inflammation. Michael Wacha will start Game 1 for the Mets on Friday.
