J.D. Martinez (dehydration) out of Red Sox's lineup Wednesday

Boston Red Sox designated hitter J.D. Martinez (dehydration) is not in the starting lineup on Wednesday afternoon against right-hander Jake Arrieta and the Philadelphia Phillies.

What It Means:

Martinez will sit out the matinee after leaving Tuesday night's game early due to dehydration. He was 1-for-2 with an RBI double before getting replaced in the DH spot by Jonathan Arauz. Xander Bogaerts will cover DH work on Wednesday and Rafael Devers will fill in as the No. 3 hitter. Jackie Bradley will make the start in center field and hit seventh after missing time with a wrist issue.

numberFire's models expect Bradley to score 9.7 FanDuel points on Wednesday. He costs $2,100.
