Nationals place Starlin Castro (wrist) on 10-day injured list on Friday

Washington Nationals infielder Starlin Castro suffered a broken right wrist during Friday's game against the Baltimore Orioles.

What It Means:

Castro will miss extended time after injuring his wrist while diving for a ball at second base. Expect Asdrubal Cabrera, Luis Garcia, and Carter Kieboom to see more at-bats while Castro is out.

In 60 at-bats this season, Castro is hitting .283 with two home runs and four RBI.
