Chris Davis dropped from Orioles' lineup Thursday
Baltimore Orioles first baseman Chris Davis is not starting in Thursday's series finale against right-hander Jake Arrieta and the Philadelphia Phillies.
Davis has picked it up over the past week but he's batting just .150/.209/.225 through 39 plate appearances this season. Renato Nunez will cover first base on Thursday while Jose Iglesias serves as the Orioles' designated hitter. Pat Valaika will enter the lineup at shortstop and hit ninth.
Per FanDuel Sportsbook, the Orioles are +174 underdogs on Thursday.
