Mark Mathias sitting for Brewers Monday
The Milwaukee Brewers did not list Mark Mathias with the starters for Monday night's game against the Minnesota Twins.
Mathias played right field for the Brewers on Sunday while Ben Gamel got a game off, but will ride the pine for tonight's game with Gamel back in the lineup.
Mathias has been strong in limited appearances in his first MLB season. Over 15 plate appearances, he's managed a 0.333 batting average and a 0.667 OPS, with 2 runs, 2 RBI, and a stolen base to boot.
