Cubs-Cardinals weekend series postponed following new positive test results
This weekend's series between the Chicago Cubs and St. Louis Cardinals has been postponed following three additional positive COVID-19 test results.
What It Means:
The Cardinals had two players and one staff member test positive, including Ryan Helsley and Austin Dean. The Cubs will fly home tonight and are next scheduled to play against the Cleveland Indians, in Cleveland, on Tuesday. The Cardinals haven't played since July 29.
