Brandon Belt on Giants' bench Thursday afternoon
San Francisco Giants first baseman Brandon Belt is not starting in Thursday afternoon's series finale against left-hander Kyle Freeland and the Colorado Rockies.
Belt went 2-for-3 with a 3-run homer and a double in a 4-3 win over the Rockies on Wednesday. The homer was Belt's first of the season following a late start due to a heel injury. Pablo Sandoval will move to first base in place of Belt for Thursday's matinee and bat seventh. Darin Ruf will bat sixth and play designated hitter.
numberFire's models expect Ruf to score 11.1 FanDuel points on Thursday. He costs $3,000.
