Franchy Cordero scratched from Royals' lineup Wednesday, Ryan McBroom now at DH
Kansas City Royals outfielder Franchy Cordero has been scratched from Wednesday's lineup against right-hander Yu Darvish and the Chicago Cubs.
What It Means:
Cordero had been added to the lineup in place of Bubba Starling, who was also scratched and then placed on the 10-day injured list. Ryan McBroom will now start and play designated hitter out of the No. 6 spot on Wednesday.
Per FanDuel Sportsbook, the Royals are +170 underdogs on Wednesday.
