Astros' Cristian Javier making MLB debut Wednesday
Houston Astros pitcher Cristian Javier will make his MLB debut on Wednesday in a start against the Los Angeles Dodgers.
Javier, a 23-year-old right-hander, recorded a 1.74 ERA with 170 strikeouts in 113 2/3 innings across three different minor-league levels last season. He had a 37.3 strikeout percentage and 12.9 walk percentage.
