Orioles' John Means (arm) set to make 2020 debut on Thursday
Baltimore Orioles' left-handed pitcher John Means is scheduled to make his 2020 season debut against the Yankees on Thursday.
Means was supposed to be the Orioles' Opening Day starter but was placed on the injured list with arm fatigue. He appears to have recovered and will start on Thursday, with right-hander Asher Wojciechowski getting the start on Wednesday.
Our models project Means to record a 4.91 ERA, 1.23 WHIP, 47 strikeouts, 13 walks, and 4 wins in 58.7 innings pitched over the rest of the season.
