Braves place Cole Hamels (triceps) on 45-day injured list
Atlanta Braves pitcher Cole Hamels (triceps) was placed on the 45-day injured list on Thursday.
The Braves will open a free roster spot after Hamels was placed on the 45-day injured list with left triceps tendinitis. Expect Kyle Wright or Josh Tomlin to step in Hamel's vacant rotation spot.
According to FanDuel's Sportsbook, Hamels is currently priced at +6500 or an implied 1.5% to win the National League Cy Young Award.
