Blue Jays move Ryan Borucki to alternate site
The Toronto Blue Jays optioned left-hander Ryan Borucki to their alternate training site.
What It Means:
Borucki failed to earn a rotation spot in place of Chase Anderson (oblique). The 26-year-old left-hander is now healthy after missing almost all of last season with an elbow issue.
Per FanDuel Sportsbook, the Blue Jays have the ninth-worst odds (+6500) to win the 2020 World Series.
