St. Louis Cardinals outfielder Dexter Fowler (back) participated in Wednesday's workout.
Fowler missed a few days after dealing with some back tightness. He should be ready for the first game of the season on July 24 against the Pittsburgh Pirates. Following an abysmal 2018 campaign, Fowler bounced back last year with career-bests in home runs (19) and RBI (67) while slashing .238/.346/.409 over 574 plate appearances.
