Harold Ramirez in running for Marlins' right field

Miami Marlins outfielder Harold Ramirez and Garrett Cooper are the main options to play right field, per manager Don Mattingly.

What It Means:

Joe Frisaro of MLB.com said Ramirez has impressed the Marlins' coaching staff and that he was "talked up" by Mattingly. Ramirez slashed .276/.312/.416 with 11 home runs, 20 doubles, 50 RBI, and 54 runs scored over 446 plate appearances (117 games) last year as a rookie. He turns 26 in September.

numberFire's models expect Ramirez to post a .267 batting average and .729 OPS with 3 homers, 13 RBI, and 13 runs in 114 plate appearances this season.
