Orioles' Ty Blach undergoing Tommy John
Baltimore Orioles pitcher Ty Blach is scheduled to undergo Tommy John surgery on Wednesday.
Blach had to be lifted from an intrasquad game last Thursday after experiencing soreness in his elbow. It was then revealed that the 29-year-old left-hander suffered damage to his ulnar collateral ligament. Blach may not be back on the mound for Baltimore until 2022.
Per FanDuel Sportsbook, the Orioles are tied for having the worst odds (+30000) to win the 2020 World Series.
